QOTD: What gives you joy? It could be anything. From a book to a person. A cup of coffee, a little sprinkle of cinnamon or sunshine.

Writing and creating have always given me joy (not so much as publishing though; that’s unnecessary drama and stress IMO.)

Given that things are extremely hectic and unpredictable right now. My mental health is NOT 100% and I flip from sad to happy to weepy in a second, I’d say seeing this vintage cover has given me immense joy today.

I said this in my stories but this is me officially announcing that there will be more vintage covers in the near future (for SMR series!!) They give me joy so that’s what I am chasing right now. Hope you guys are excited💜

I know a lot of you have asked about the epilogue

I know a lot of you have asked about the epilogue for Tempest and Ledger’s story. The reason it wasn’t in the book was because I was tired and very heavily pregnant when I finished the book. My fingers were so swollen that I couldn’t type up another word. So there, no big mystery or anything. My body just gave up on me.

I can’t say that I am any better now (physically I may be getting there but postpartum is much harder on your mental health that anyone can imagine) but revisiting these characters are giving me joy so I am trying to write the scenes I initially wanted to.

Not sure when I will be done with it but once I am, I’ll make an announcement about how to get your hands on this💜
